WHO WE ARE

Dynamic was created to provide a fluid and current solution to Security Training and Protection Services. As times change, its essential that our services do also. 

Having gained over 30 years of experience, in several sectors, our partners have combined their knowledge to create security and medical services which are needed, effective and affordable.  

Providing accredited training to support somebody's professional development is rewarding in itself, but knowing that your helping people find jobs and potentially save lives is the icing on the cake. 

As well as being trainers, we have also gained significant practical experience which supports our credibility, would you really listen to someone who has never done the job before?

Remaining current and operational is the Dynamic part to our company, our motto is, "We teach, what we preach"  

WHAT WE DO

Supporting professional development via educational training as well as providing practical protection services is what we do, however we do things slightly different at Dynamic. 

Our training is provided by Highfield accredited trainers who all have a wealth of experience. Without this experience courses can be very textbook and bland. 

From an operational perspective, we have created an all out mobile response and support service which can be tailored to the individual requirements of our clients, we call this the Dynamic Safer Streets Programme. Whether you're a factory with 1000 staff or an elderly woman living on her own, our MPS "Mobile Patrol Staff" and on-site security teams will be there to support your requirements.
